“There seems to be a general lack of Principal leadership at this school in terms of enforcement of student discipline. In fact, the Principal is not supporting the teachers attempts to discipline students by not following through with warranted detentions, suspensions, etc. This especially seems to be the case in the eighth grade. Also, there is a major lack of respect for teachers by the eight graders. Something needs to change here.”
